Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho – Udaya is back with a classy entertainer
‘Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho’ the movie which marks the relaunch of historical Malayalam production company ‘Udaya Pictures’ written and directed by Sidharth Siva has released today. Kunchacko Boban produces the movie. This movie is Sidharth Siva’s fourth directorial venture and his previous movies were nationally recognized. Kunchacko Boban and Master Rudraksh Sudheesh portray the lead roles and the female lead is Anusree. Rest of the cast includes Suraj Venjaramood, Mukesh, Aju Varghese, Muthumani, Nedumudi Venu, K. P. A. C. Lalitha, Sudheesh, and Maniyanpilla Raju.
Ayyappadas played by Master Rudraksh have a dream to travel in an aeroplane but he cannot achieve that goal because of some problems. Then he meets Ajayakumar aka Kochavva played by Kunchacko Boban, a do-gooder in that village. He has a positive approach to all problems and an optimist. He can spread a positive vibe to the people around him and a huge fan of writer Paulo Coelho and his book ‘The Alchemist’. He is hugely inspired with the quote from that book “when you want something, the entire universe conspires in helping you to achieve it”. Can Kochavva help Ayyappadas to achieve his dream?
The performances delivered by Kunchacko Boban was impressive and that of Master Rudraksh was exceptional. We cannot even see the star Kunchacko Boban anywhere in the movie. Anusree has very less scenes in the movie. The girl who played the character of Ambili was impressive. Nedumudi Venu and Muthumani done their part well. Suraj Venjaramood.
Sidharth Siva is continuing his journey with perfectly directed movies. This can be considered as his first commercial movie and this too is well crafted. He has converted the simple thread into a movie with richness. The character development were convincing and gave perfect screen space to all characters as they demand. Frames by Neil D’cunha has made the movie more beautiful and the songs by Shaan Rahman and Sooraj S. Kurup were good.
Overall ‘Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho’ is a feel good entertainer, which touches our heart. This movie will satisfy all serious movie lovers. This movie can be enjoyed thoroughly with your family, as it contains no double meaning dialogues.
