Garima Jain was born in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, on March 13, 1993. She is from a family of Marwadis. Archana Jain, her mother, is a businessman. She also has a brother named Dhairya Jain, who is younger. She liked acting when she was young and wanted to be an actor. Garima attended school in Indore at the Shishukunj International School and Advanced Academy and got her degree from the Prestige Institute of Management and Research. She went to Mumbai to study acting at the Kishore Namit Kapoor acting school.

Television
During the beginning of her career, Jain had recurring parts in Gudgudee as Pinky, Balika Vadhu as Ananya, Rehna Hai Teri Palkon Ki Chhaon Mein as Rashmi, Devon Ke Dev, Mahadev as Urmila, Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein as Shreya, and Madhubala—Ek Ishq Ek Junoon as Garima. After playing Julie Chaturvedi’s supporting role in Aaj Ki Housewife Hai…Sab Jaanti Hai, from 2012 to 2013, starred in episodes of MTV Timeout with Imam and Love Dosti Dua as herself.
From 2013 to 2014, Jain was in two TV shows simultaneously: Mahabharat, a show about mythology, and Main Naa Bhoolungi, a psychological thriller. In the first, she was Dushala; in the second, she was Arya Jagannath. She was in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Hello Pratibha, and 2025 Jaane Kya Hoga Aage, which were all on TV in 2015.
