What Is Romantic Killer All About?
It follows a young teen girl named Anzu Hoshino, who has no interest in romance, unlike most teenage girls. Instead, she’d rather spend her time eating chocolate, playing with her cat, and playing video games. But her life turns completely upside down when a magical match-making wizard named Riri suddenly emerges from her TV screen and forces her to partake in a dating sim reality where she must find love with one of the “ikemen” men brought into her life. And the worst part for Anzu is that she has to live without her three most favorite things while in the altered reality: chocolate, her cat, and her video games.
Anzu must play along in this altered reality before she can return to her normal life, so she begrudgingly makes friends with Tsukasa Kazuki. He unfortunately happens to be one of the hottest and most popular guys at school, and what’s worse, she realizes that he might not even be that bad of a person!”

The anime ends without giving an excellent answer to whether or not Anzu has finally given up on friendship and given in to love. The Love Cupids decided she would lose her three favorite things—games, chocolate, and her cat Momohiko—forever if she didn’t choose a boyfriend and fall in love before graduating high school.
Anzu had already shown she could love when she stood up to Yukana to protect Tsukasa, even though she was hurt. Riri’s announcement of Love Cupid’s choice at the end of the episode is the big cliffhanger that makes you want a new season to see how she changed.
