Druski was born in Columbia, Maryland, on September 12, 1994. His mother, Cheryl Desbordes, worked for the State Department, and his father, David McLain Desbordes, was a commercial pilot who was an Air Force captain and a National Guard major. He grew up in the county of Gwinnett in Georgia. As a kid, he played sports and mostly stayed out of trouble, except when he made jokes in class.
