Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantum Mania is an American superhero movie based on Marvel Comics characters Scott Lang/Ant-Man and Hope Pym/Wasp. It is the sequel to Ant-Man (2015) and Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018) and the 31st film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
It was made by Marvel Studios and released by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It was directed by Peyton Reed and written by Jeff Loveness. Paul Rudd plays Scott Lang, and Evangeline Lilly plays Hope van Dyne. Also in the movie are Jonathan Majors, Kathryn Newton, David Dastmalchian, Katy O’Brian, William Jackson Harper, Bill Murray, Michelle Pfeiffer, Corey Stoll, and Michael Douglas. In the movie, Lang, Van Dyne, and their family are taken to the Quantum Realm to fight Kang the Conqueror (Majors).
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania had its world premiere in Los Angeles on February 6, 2023. It was the first movie in Phase Five of the MCU to come out in the US on February 17, 2023.
