Sweet Tooth Season 2: Plot
In Season 2 of Sweet Tooth, a dangerous new wave of sickness comes towards people. General Abbot (Neil Sandilands), a bad guy, and The Last Men, a violent group of mercenaries who hunt hybrids, take Gus and other child hybrids hostage. Abbot uses the children as test subjects for Dr. Aditya Singh’s (Adeel Akhtar) experiments. Abbot wants to find a cure and gain power, while Dr. Singh wants to save his sick wife, Rani (Aliza Vellani).
Gus, who has always been a hero, agrees to help Dr. Singh. This starts a dark journey for Gus to discover where he came from. He might also learn more about his mother Birdie’s (Amy Seimetz) part in what happened before the Great Crumble. Jepperd (Nonso Anozie) and Aimee Eden (Dania Ramirez) work together to free the hybrids. This starts a relationship that will be tested when Jepperd’s secrets are revealed.
Who Is Making Sweet Tooth Season 2?
Jim Mickle is back as the show’s director, writer, and showrunner. He did all of these jobs for the first season of Sweet Tooth. Under the Team Downey Production Umbrella, Mickle is also an executive producer, along with Linda Moran, Robert Downey Jr., Susan Downey, and Amanda Burrell. Evan Moore of Team Downey, who helps run the show as a co-executive producer, joins them. Warner Bros. Television is making the second season of Sweet Tooth, just like the first season.
