My Happy Marriage Season 2 has been officially announced right after the Season 1 finale. Takehiro Kubota directed it at the studio Kinema Citrus. The light novel was first released on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website. Later, in January 2019, Fujimi L. Bunko bought the book and began publishing it with illustrations by Tsukiho Tsukioka. Yen Press got the rights to publish the novel in English.
An anime TV show made by Kinema Citrus aired from July to September 2023. My Happy Marriage is an anime that takes place in an alternate version of the Meiji reform period in Japan in the 1800s. It is about Miyo Saimori, who gets engaged to Kiyoka Kudou. Miyo first thinks Kiyoka is cold-hearted because her friends told her that. But Miyo soon learns who Kiyoka is as a person, and she starts to fall in love with him.

My Happy Marriage Season 2 Announced!
The official Twitter account for the TV anime adaptation of the My Happy Marriage (Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon) light novel series by Akumi Agitogi and Tsukiho Tsukioka stated on Thursday that the anime will have a second season. Reina Ueda (Miyo) and Kaito Ishikawa (Kiyoka), two main characters, shared the news in an English-subtitled film.
