Ghar Banduk Biryani Plot
Ghar Banduk Biryani is a witty and thrilling story of one who is longing for a home, another who is struggling for his right, and a third person with a hunger for ambition. Interestingly, Manjule had a script for the movie before the Covid-19 pandemic, but it was only called “Biryani.” At that time, Manjule didn’t like the idea of the story or the plot, but Awtade insisted that the story be rewritten, so it was, and the title was changed to “Ghar Banduk Biryani.” The film’s shooting and editing were finished in December 2022.
Most of the movie is in the forest, so the location is essential. The filmmakers went to the forests of Nagpur and Madhya Pradesh in the mountain ranges of Kolhapur district, where it was decided to film. About 80% of the film wasn’t at Gaganbawada. It is known as one of the biggest Marathi movies of 2023.
