Pamela Gardner is an American meteorologist who works as a weekday morning and noon meteorologist for NBC Boston in Boston, Massachusetts. She works for NBC at 6 a.m., 11 a.m., and noon and for NECN from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. In December 2018, she started working at the station. Gardner used to work for WBZ-TV and was on several popular shows, such as CBS Evening News.
She used to be a reporter on WISH-TV in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she worked on the weekends at night. Before that, she was a daily morning meteorologist at WTHI-TV in Terre Haute, Indiana. When she first graduated from college, she was a weekend meteorologist there.

On March 20, 2020, “NBC10 Boston” meteorologist Pamela Gardner shared sad news on her Facebook page. She said she and her husband, Max Clemons II, had lost a baby. Maddox Alexander was born at 1:24 a.m. on January 30, 2020, but he did not live. Gardner said that the young child was expected on the day Maddox’s mother told him that he had died.
The little boy lived with his mother for eight months before he died. The person who used to be on “WBZ-TV” talked about how hard it was for her and her husband to keep their fans updated through posts. Still, they both agreed it was essential to tell the terrible news.
The reporter had some exciting news in the past few weeks. On Monday, Gardner put a picture of a baby boy in black and white on Facebook. The boy’s name, Julian Alexander, and the date he was born were written in blue on the picture. Pamela Gardner was born in 1992 in the U.S. city of Indianapolis, Indiana. Gardner got a bachelor’s degree in communications from Ball State University with a minor in meteorology. She also earned a certificate in radio meteorology from Mississippi State University. She kept studying after getting the Seal of Approval from the National Weather Association in 2016 to keep it.
She ended up in Norman, Oklahoma, because she knew storms and tornadoes could be dangerous. She was picked 2017 to be the first woman and the first FACETS (Forecasting a Continuum of Environmental Threats) representative for New England and the dangerous weather testbed.
This program helped the National Weather Service by putting in place a new tornado and robust thunderstorm warning system based on probability. In 2018, she was asked to return to the National Weather Service to test the GOES-R satellite system for severe weather alerts. She has travelled extensively in the Midwest and New England to talk to kids about her love of guessing the future.
