In EastEnders, Lily Slater is the oldest daughter of Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner), who was found to be pregnant after a doctor did an ultrasound.
Stacey was shocked by the news she had to tell her 12-year-old daughter, who started crying. She told Lily that she had to say to her and the cops who the father was because she thought she had been abused. Unfortunately, Lily wouldn’t say what happened and still defends the person who did it. With Lily getting more screen time, people have realized that the young actor playing her, Lillia Turner, has the same last name as her on-screen mom, Lacey Turner, who plays Lily’s mom on Stacey Slater.

Lacey has been a part of EastEnders, portraying Stacey, since 2004. She initially portrayed the character until 2010 and then returned after a break in 2014. The talented Londoner has received numerous awards for her outstanding performance as Stacey, including the prestigious Best Actress accolade at the British Soap Awards.
Although Lillia may not be related to Lacey, it is worth mentioning that Lacey does have a sister named Lily Harvey. In 2011, Lily, who was just nine years old at the time, briefly appeared on EastEnders, portraying the character Shenice Quinn.
Lillia is the fifth actress to take on the role of Lily Slater, succeeding Aine Garvey in 2020. Aine portrayed Lily between 2014 and 2019, while prior to that, the character of Lily was portrayed by three different actors during her infancy.
