What Is The Napoleon Release Date?

According to Collider, Napoleon is scheduled to be released in the United States and the United Kingdom on Thanksgiving weekend, November 22, 2023. This makes it compete with Disney’s Wish, which also comes out over Thanksgiving weekend, and movies that came out earlier in the month, like Dune: Part Two, The Marvels, and The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. Sony Pictures and Apple made Napoleon, so it will finally be available to later on Apple TV+ subscription. It has yet to be determined when the movie will be available online.

In February 2022, Production began. The movie will have six important battle scenes, different from Waterloo (1970), which was about Napoleon but only showed one battle. In March 2022, the movie was shot in Lincoln, England. The crew spent a week preparing Lincoln Cathedral to look like Notre Dame de Paris.

There were also scenes shot in Stowe Avenue and House, Buckinghamshire; West Wycombe Park, Buckinghamshire; and West Wycombe Park, Buckinghamshire. Sony Pictures and Apple released the first official trailer for Napoleon on July 10, 2023. The two-and-a-half-minute trailer gives us a taste of the historical epic’s large-scale fight scenes and hints at the relationship between the title character, Napoleon, and his wife, Joséphine.
