Lindner’s aneurysm occurred when he embraced his girlfriend, Nicha, whom he had just given a personalized necklace bearing her name.

On Saturday, Nicha, better known as @immapeaches online, posted a homage to the late bodybuilder on her Instagram account and revealed that an aneurysm was the reason for his death.
