Does MaXXXine have a release date?
The Mary Sue states that there is currently no set date for the release of MaXXXine. Depending on how things go, 2023 could be a realistic target. In my opinion, we are looking at a time frame of 2023–2024. X and Pearl, the first two movies in the series, were both released in the same year. Filming for Pearl and X co-occurred.
Will MaXXXine Come Out in Theatres?

In an interview Ti West gave some details about how MaXXXine will connect not just with X but also with Pearl:
“To round the whole thing out, MaXXXine as a sequel to X is fine. MaXXXine as part of a trilogy is infinitely more interesting, so that was part of the overall concept,”
West said. “I think what’ll be fun in MaXXXine, I’m not going to tell you what it’s about, but what’s fun is it is an evolution of the character,
in the way that you met Pearl in X, but then you get to know a different side of her in Pearl. Yes, you have met Maxine. It is a continuation of Maxine, but she is at a very different point in her life.
It’s going to be an interesting thing to catch up with her when we do, and to see Mia Goth in yet another way.”
Goth also teased the film’s stakes saying in an interview with Collider’s own Perri Nemiroff:
“It’s just such a fun film. Ti, really, I don’t know how he does it. He’s just able to come up with these worlds. It’s just the biggest of the three movies. The stakes are the highest and Maxine has been through so much at this point.”
Which actors are a part of MaXXXine?
Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Lily Collins, Halsey, Giancarlo Esposito, and Kevin Bacon join Goth in reprising their roles from X, and the film also has a cameo from Goth as Maxxxine.
Esposito will portray an agent for adult film and Z-list movie performers, while Debicki will play a film director. Bacon is a private investigator, while Monaghan and Canavale work for the Los Angeles Police Department.

When will production on MaXXXine begin?
Production on Maxxxine will launch in late April in Los Angeles, the trade publication THR reports. Before this, both X and Pearl were shot simultaneously in New Zealand. On April 11, 2023, A24 declared on Twitter that production had begun.
What time will MaXXXine be set for?
Maxxxine will take place in 1980s Los Angeles, in contrast to Pearl (1918) and X (1979), which occurred in Texas.
Will a fourth X film be released?
